Refund Policy

At EcomVA Hub, we stand behind the quality of our digital products. We want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before buying.

1. Digital Product Policy

Because our products are digital and delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are generally considered final. Once a digital file has been accessed or downloaded, we are unable to "take it back" the way a physical product can be returned.

However, we understand that issues can arise, and we are committed to making things right on a case-by-case basis.

2. When We Will Issue a Refund

We will gladly issue a full refund if:

  • You were charged but did not receive access to the product (technical delivery failure) and we are unable to resolve it within 48 hours
  • The product you received was significantly different from what was described on the sales page
  • You were charged more than once for the same product (duplicate charge)

3. When We Do Not Issue Refunds

We do not issue refunds in the following circumstances:

  • You changed your mind after purchasing and accessing the product
  • You feel the product did not meet your personal expectations, but the product was delivered as described
  • You did not read the product description before purchasing
  • You experienced results different from examples shared — individual results are not guaranteed
  • More than 7 days have passed since the date of purchase

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us within 7 days of your purchase date at:

Please include the following in your email:

  • Your full name
  • The email address used for the purchase
  • The name of the product purchased
  • The reason for your refund request
  • Your order number (found in your purchase confirmation email)

We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through Lemon Squeezy back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

6. Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Most issues can be resolved quickly and directly. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in your access being revoked and potential legal action.
